Organization and management of daily/weekly schedule, email management, Greeting clients, Invoicing, Creating company memos, Handling expenses and general office management.

Requirements
  • At least two years of recent administrative experience
  • Type at least 50 wpm
  • STRONG computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Quick Books Pro a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, meet objectives with minimal direction
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent writing skills

Area Franchise Representative – Newport Beach Office
You must be a self-starter who works well both independently and in a team setting.

Reporting to the Director of Franchise Operations, this position serves as the primary point of contact with the franchise community. It protects the brand by providing on-going support and training facilitation to new and existing Franchisees. Areas of focus will include, conducting new store openings, transfers of franchise, conducting all regional training programs. Works closely with franchisees to establish sound relationships and solid rapport as a subject matter expert in all facets of operations. Interfaces with the Operations, Marketing, Training, Design & Construction and Supply Chain departments as necessary. Role encompasses training, sales and profit building consultation, project management, compliance and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and facilitate regional field training and presentations in all aspects of new store openings, transfers, procedures and new product roll-outs.
  • Coordinate and manage training dates and logistics.
  • Provide operational review in the areas of service standards, product quality, training, safety, sanitation and brand standards
  • Provide quarterly sales and profit to budget performance reviews and training to franchisees.
  • Lead group meetings with store operators
  • Assist Franchisees in executing systematic crew and management training programs
  • Conduct operational consultation to franchisees in identifying business opportunities and solutions to sales, operational and cost control issues
  • Monitor and assist Franchisee as needed with construction and procurement activities
  • Assist franchisee with business planning process. Responsible for business plans with strong local marketing focus being in place for all assigned franchisees.
  • Prepare and present franchise renewal requirements
  • Identify in-store and local marketing opportunities
  • Advise operators on programs to build customer awareness and traffic
  • Assist franchisees to develop an ongoing marketing program to tie into the DMA, national marketing and mall marketing program
  • Respond and resolve franchisee, franchisee staff, and franchisee customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain awareness and communicate current activities and area/regional trends for all new restaurant opening activities, deadlines, and obstacles
  • Assist marketing department in development of marketing co-operatives within the specific area market
  • Manage projects as needed and directed by Regional Franchise Business Manager
  • Assist with sales collection as directed
  • Visit franchise locations and evaluate store facilities, equipment and operations to provide recommendations for improvements to improve and increase service levels
  • Consult with franchisees to ensure conformity to brand standards
  • Work within department budget requirements to manage travel contain operating costs
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all Franchise correspondence, evaluations, and documents in an organized chronological order
  • Provide reports to Director of Franchise Operations detailing all site visits, observations and field activity
Education, Knowledge, SKills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (experience in multi-unit management preferred)
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in a franchise relations role
  • Multi-unit experience in a small to mid-sized retail or restaurant company
  • English required; Spanish preferred as a second language
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Advanced understanding of development and operations processes and business structure from inception through production
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to create, read, analyze, interpret and report financial information
  • Legible hand-writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other IT systems
Travel up to 75% (car,plane)
