What does Gamer Doc do? First and foremost, Gamer Doc is the number one destination for new game re¬leases. We also buy, sell and trade used games, consoles and accessories, as well as rent games, repair game consoles and discs, and host in-store tournaments. We carry a wide variety of the latest consoles and we pride ourselves on being the place where you can find the classic games as well. Our goal is to be the gamers’ store of choice through service and variety.
How Do You Differentiate Yourselves from the Competition? Gamer Doc pays attention to the needs of all customers. Many video game stores do not offer a comfortable shopping experience for many customers, because the stores are focused on a narrow segment of the market - the hard core gamer – from the store design to customer service. At Gamer Doc, we realize that for many cus¬tomers, walking into a video game store is confusing, because they don’t under¬stand what is there. Gamer Doc bridges that gap. Our customer service is focused on finding out what the customer needs and then meeting those needs rather than a “one size fits all” approach. Our commitment to people is another key differentiator.
